So imagine ordering a pizza, waiting at the counter for someone to acknowledge you for an extended period of time before being told that your margherita pizza is missing a key ingredient. Being told with a 'I hope you don't mind...'. Like, yeah, no, I don't mind paying $15 for a pizza with nothing on it. They could have called after the order was placed to let me know, or offered something like a garlic bread to make up for it. It's called customer service and I found it really lacking.
